These days, the Croatian metropolis lives again in true fashion spirit. The Atelier Green Energy platform is responsible for the long-awaited return of Croatian and regional designers to the catwalks, and the first evening was marked by an independent show by the celebrated tandem Tandarić Šekuljica, better known as ELFS. The combination of fashion, music, entertainment and more than 400 lovers of such manifestations were the right recipe for an unforgettable fashion gathering at the Zagreb Fair.
The visitors of the ELFS fashion show, who were offered refreshments based on fresh aromatic Freixenet sparkling wine, were also convinced that Freixenet sparkling wines are the favorite guests of every party. Visitors enjoyed Freixenet ICE and Freixenet ICE Rose sparkling wines, which are produced from the glera grape variety, and are characterized by freshness and moderate bubbles. Freixenet sparkling wines delight with their light citrus notes and sharp apple taste, which also makes them ideal for unforgettable parties.
Freixenet ICE and Freixenet ICE Rose sparkling wines carry the protected designation of geographical origin of cava, specific to the province of Catalonia. Cava is a type of sparkling wine that is produced using the traditional method of fermentation in the bottle, also known in the world as the “Champagne method”. This type of wine is characterized by rich bubbles and a golden color, and due to its drinkability, specific bubbles and Mediterranean flair, it is perfect for everyday consumption.
The specificity of Freixenet ICE is that it is created in such a way that it is best when served with a few ice cubes and fresh fruits such as peaches, wild berries or tropical fruits, which all give it the much-needed freshness on summer days. The owners of the Freixenet winery, the Ferres family, are committed to making their cava the centerpiece of celebrating every beautiful moment in the lives of their consumers with the motto #CelebrateLaVida, which celebrates the Mediterranean spirit.
And if you are looking for inspiration and want to make your own aromatic Freixenet cocktail at home, here is their suggestion:
20 ml Giffard Pineapple syrup
100 ml Freixenet Cordon Negro
Dehydrated Pineapple
